Strong and weak flame switching function. The weak flame flow load is 1/4 -1/6 of strong flame flow load. While waiting parts to be welded, strong flame turns to weaker flow load and this will reduce the usage of oxygen and gas.

The gas and flux pipelines are equipped with independent multiple antitempering devices.

¢ÙThe gas flow will be adjusted automatically according to the set ratio, to prevent tempering caused by improper gas/oxygen ratio.

¢ÚIn the case of machine or electric failure, the smart flow controller will trigger the nitrogen fire extinguishing device automatically and ensure the safety of the entire system.

The automatic gas flow control ensures the flame stability. The brazing CPK will increase and the defect rate will decrease.
